We mobilize young professionals to advance community-based social impact by teaching them to deploy their time, money, skills, and influence as partners and advocates.
The YCore Fellowship is a four-month social impact fellowship for young professionals. Young professionals build capacity for local nonprofits through projects and attend workshops to build skills like design thinking and fundraising. They gain an understanding of systems level social problems to apply to their future social sector engagements. In 2020 YCore trained 172 young professionals through 38 capacity-building projects with 35 nonprofit partners.
