The specific purpose of GRACE is to promotesustainable and holistic living through individual and collective empowerment and training programs.
Youth holistic development:The project aims at supporting students by providing Free and Subsidized Nutritious food, Academic Scholarships and Education for Skill Development and Positive Value Development to empower these youths with a better character and skill set to flourish individually and socially. We protect these youths from Stress and Addiction by providing them a positive culture of love and care with our Hostel Facilities. We work towards providing the 4 vital needs for the youth and students - 1) Academic Scholarships to needy students 2) Free food and hostel facility 3) A positive association, Value Education and a Stress free environment 4) Skill Development through vocational training workshops method, Music therapy etc. to promote a more natural and holistic lifestyle based on harmony between the body, mind and the nature around us.
Corporate lunch and learn sessions:We regularly conduct soft skill/lunch-and-learn seminars at various corporate venues along with technical skills. Seminar topics include, The Voice of Leadership, Developing Executive Leadership, Critical Thinking, Situational Leadership Workshop, Collaborative Leadership Skills, Leadership and Team Development for Managerial Success, Project Team Leadership, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Strategic Leadership, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Coaching: A Strategic Tool for Effective Leadership, Strategic Agility and Resilience, Strategic Thinking. These include introduction to ancient oriental and western techniques such as pranayama (breathing exercise), yoga, awakening release meditation, Sedona
Food distribution:With the advent of COVID-19 pandemic all across the world, everyone is locked down in their homes. Even basic necessity of food and medicines is a challenge for the underprivileged and they are forced to think Will Corona KILL first or Hunger. This is an opportunity for us to come together to help our underprivileged brothers and sisters in this most difficult time. We are already working on the following: Providing free daily meals to the families of daily wage workers and laborers. Providing training in cleanliness and hygiene required to prevent Corona. Providing basic medical things like masks, sanitizers. Arranging online courses for counselling in the times of crisis.
