This allows parents to continue working without being called to pick up their child when he/she is having behavioral issues at school. We refer students for further assessments to their public schools when it is clear that a child needs further assistance. The goal of our program is to implement early intervention support for children identified with special needs and to work with our neuro-typical children to ensure they are over prepared for advancement. We work with children who have been identified with special needs (Autism/Speech Delays/Anxiety/ADHD)who are very bright but need a small class setting with qualified staff who can mold the environment to ensure each childs support. Our goal is to eventually transition each child to a less restrictive setting.School Age Program we pick up children from neighborhood schools and provide parents and children with a safe structured setting where the children get help with their homework and are engaged in a structured STEAM rich environment allowing parents to continue working full time.LSAs operational strategy presents a pathway for our school to provide in-person instruction safely through consistent use of prevention strategies, including universal and correct use of masks and physical distancing.it is critical that our school use and layer prevention strategies. Five key prevention strategies are essential to safe delivery of in-person instruction and help to prevent COVID-19 transmission in our school:1.Universal and correct use of masks2.Physical distancing3.Handwashing and respiratory etiquette4.Cleaning and maintaining healthy facilities5.Contact tracing in combination with isolation and quarantineLearning Springs is providing in-person instruction and therefore should prioritize two prevention strategies:1.Universal and correct use of masks should be required2.Physical distancing should be maximized to the greatest extent possible. All prevention strategies provide some level of protection, and layered strategies implemented at the same time provide the greatest level of protection.
