THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING TO ENABLE PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS TO WORK TOGETHER TO SOLVE PRESSING SOCIAL PROBLEMS THROUGH COMMUNITY ORGANIZING. THE ORGANIZATION'S VOLUNTEER, GRASSROOTS LEADERS DETERMINE THE PRIORITY ISSUES TO WORK ON TO CREATE A MORE JUST COMMUNITY AND FULFILL THE VISION OF ECONOMIC AND RACIAL EQUALITY.IMMIGRATION: THE ORGANIZATION ORGANIZES FOR LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL POLICIES AND RESOURCES THAT VALUE THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF IMMIGRANTS, RESPOND TO THE NEEDS OF IMMIGRANTS, AND PROTECT FAMILY UNITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES KNOW YOUR RIGHTS TRAINING FOR IMMIGRANTS AND ORGANIZES CONGREGATIONS AND ALLY COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO ACT IN SOLIDARITY WITH UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS WHO ARE UNDER THREAT OF DEPORTATION. THE ORGANIZATION'S VISION IS A WELCOMING COMMUNITY WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR DIGNITY FOR ALL AND FEDERAL IMMIGRATION REFORM WITH AN INCLUSIVE PATHWAY TO CITIZENSHIP FOR 11 MILLION ASPIRING AMERICANS.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: THE ORGANIZATION ORGANIZES FOR CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND VOTER EDUCATION, CONDUCTING LISTENING CAMPAIGNS TO ENGAGE MORE COMMUNITY MEMBERS, DOING BRIDGE-BUILDING WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES TO BUILD UNDERSTANDING AND RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL DIFFERENCES, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING TO STRENGTHEN PACT'S ORGANIZING FOR RACIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE.

HOUSING: THE ORGANIZATION ORGANIZES FOR INCREASED PROTECTIONS FOR RENTERS AGAINST DISPLACEMENT AND EXPANDED AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES RENTERS RIGHTS TRAINING TO INFORM RENTERS ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS AND INVITE THEM TO BECOME PART OF ORGANIZING FOR MORE. THE ORGANIZATION'S VISION IS A COMMUNITY WHERE EVERYONE BELONGS AND HAS ACCESS TO STABLE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
