ON DECEMBER 11, 2015, HUFF GARDENS WAS TRANSFERRED TO HUFF AVENUE LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FORMED ON JULY 3, 2014. ROTARY PLAZA IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF HUFF AVENUE LLC.
