To guide Christ - followers in the process of whole life spiritual formation.
During 2020, we launched 45 groups involving over 700 people in Colorado, Washington, Oregon, California, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wyoming, Alaska, North Carolina, and Hawaii. Our staff is engaged in extensive planning, leadership recruiting, leadership training, developing leadership tools, and coaching leaders on the front lines of ministry.
In 2020 we continued to support 135 leaders and train 10 new leaders in a year long Certificate in Spiritual Formation program. Additionally, we service a half-dozen churches in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Pennsylvania. Leadership development also includes a total of 6 day-long workshops and 23 live virtual training workshops. Additionally, we conducted Leadership day retreats at Mt. Hermon, California, and at San Diego University. Our two full-time staff members work continuously throughout the year, providing one-on-one coaching for mentors and small group leaders, including weekly webinar-based leadership coaching and training sessions.
We produced 24 podcast episodes, in addition to four "snapshot" segments featuring inspirational stories. We also produced 15 new Coronavirus Connection segments during this season. We continue to podcast from two studios (SF Bay Area and Denver), and contract with a professional sound engineer to produce studio quality recordings, which is accessed through iTunes and Google Play stores.
