Organizations Filed Purposes: Support the best interests of abused and neglected children in Alameda county by funding the work of Alameda County Court Appointed Advocates (CASA) program which provides an independent voice and advocacy in the areas of education, mental health, medical, permanent placement, and resourcing for dependent and delinquent victim-children under the jurisdiction of Alameda County Juvenile Court.

Provide one-to-one volunteer advocacy for children and young adults in the juvenile dependency (foster care) system as representatives of and a voice in court and guidance for youth during their time in care.

Support youth development programs such as leadership skill building, a youth speaker's bureau, extracurricular activities that give youth great opportunities in education, recreation, culture and arts and support for transition into adulthood.Outreach in the community via publications, public speaking, social media and special events to educate the public about CASA's mission and to recruit volunteers.Staff development and volunteer pre-service and continuing education classes and workshops. 344 youth served, 278 volunteers, over 16,650 volunteer hours.
