The purpose of the Foundation is to provide a residential alcohol and drug recovery facility for women 18 years and older. The Foundation operates a 72-bed facility located in San Pedro, California. Twenty beds are dedicated to a Long Term Inpatient Treatment Program tailored to the individual needs of its clients. The remainder of the beds are dedicated to Long Term Sober Living and professional staff residences. Treatment care ranges from 30 to 120 days with the average stay of 60 days. House of Hope has a capacity of 8,760 bed days per year and can treat approximately 140 women per year.
House of Hope provides a 52-bed Sober Living Facility. Four of the beds are for resident staff. The remaining 48 beds are for graduates of Primary Care who desire to remain in a "clean and sober" environment while they return to work, continue their education or complete societal obligations. The normal stay can range from 3 months to 2 years. The average stay is 6 months. House of Hope has the capacity to accommodate approximately 60 women per year.
