PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTAMONG MULTIPLE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND OUTREACH INITIATIVES, ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE:-STRENGTHENING STUDENT SUCCESS CONFERENCE - APPROXIMATELY 800 PROFESSIONALS LEARNED HOW TO WORK MORE STRATEGICALLY FOR CHANGE ON THEIR CAMPUS AND STRENGTHEN HOW THEY ENGAGE WITH STUDENTS-THE RP CONFERENCE - WITH 150 ATTENDEES, THE RP CONFERENCE WORKS TO DEVELOP SKILLS OF INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCHERS AMONGST ALL 113 CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES-SUMMER INSTITUTE - PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO NEW COMMUNITY COLLEGE INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCHERS-STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES SUPPORT - DISSEMINATED EFFECTIVE PRACTICES THROUGH VARIOUS CONFERENCE SESSIONS-REGIONAL RESEARCH GROUPS - SMALL GROUPS MET AT MULTIPLE POINTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE ON RESEARCH AND PLANNING-LEADING FROM THE MIDDLE ACADEMY - SEVERAL FACE-TO-FACE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FORUMS-DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED APPLIED SOLUTION KITS IN A VARIETY OF CONTENT AREAS FOR THE INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVE
