STRATEGIC IMPACT PLANNING - WE IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP ACTIONABLE IMPLEMENTATION PLANS FOR IMPACTFUL PROJECTS AT A WIDE RANGE OF SCALES FROM SINGLE PROJECTS (INCLUDING CONSERVATION PLANNING, CONSERVATION TRANSACTIONS, NEW PROGRAMS, AND SOCIAL VENTURES) TO FOUNDATION AND NONPROFIT IMPACT STRATEGIES TO LARGE SCALE COLLABORATIVE INITIATIVES (INCLUDING MULTI-PARTY, CROSS-SECTOR COLLABORATIONS TO CREATE GREENBELTS, LAUNCH NEW ENVIRONMENTAL MARKETS, CREATE NEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MODELS, ETC.) FOR FUNDERS, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, COLLABORATIONS AND COMMUNITIES. OUR PLANS INCLUDE FUNDING STRATEGIES THAT TAP INTO A RANGE OF CAPITAL SOURCES FROM PHILANTHROPY TO DEBT TO IMPACT INVESTMENT CAPITAL.
CAPACITY SUPPORT, CONSULTING SERVICES, FACILITATION - WE PROVIDE ALIGNED ORGANIZATIONS WITH ADDITIONAL CAPACITY AND EXPERTISE NEEDED TO TAKE ON NEW PROJECTS, COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING PROGRAMS, FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS, GIS AND MAPPING, DATABASE DEVELOPMENT OR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND A VARIETY OF OTHER EFFORTS THAT THEY CAN'T ACHIEVE ON THEIR OWN.
