Crisis Intervention services are offered in order to provide clients with immediate information and support, to reduce isolation, and to mitigate the onset of Rape Trauma Syndrome. Program components include: A 24-hour Hotline to offer crisis counseling, Medical/Legal information, Advocacy & Accompaniment, and community referrals. SBRCC also provides in-person counseling.

The Community Education Program strives to promote greater public awareness and understanding of sexual assault through education and prevention programs. The presentations are available to community agencies, businesses, faith organizations, schools, colleges and universities. This program also offers Self-defense workshops for women and teen-age girls, and offer awareness, assertiveness and physical techniques.

The Long-term Counseling Program offers individual, couples and family counseling services. In addition, trained counselors offer weekly support groups for adult and teen survivors of sexual assault. The program is primarily designed to address the counseling needs for survivors in the latter stages of Rape Trauma Syndrome, A FORM OF PTSD.
