The 2018 Program focused on the challenges of how to: build indispensable organizations for long-term relevance and competitiveness; differentiate ideas, frameworks and strategies to ensure sustainable innovation; prevent degeneration and stagnancy once firms become successful; and maintain passion, imagination and deeper employee engagement for the long run.It is a four days program about strategic leadership of technology & innovation, held every year at Harvard Business School campus in Boston, Massachusetts. The program was successfully held on 07/29/2018 to 08/01/2018.B.Rethink Disruption:Emerging Technologies Transforming Business & Society.Program attendees evaluated & charted course of action to take advantage of new opportunities for their organizations. It also provided the knowledge, resources & execution frameworks necessary in order to develop strategy to defend the necessary transformation and adapt to forces of change. This annual program was successfully held on October 31, 2018. C.Rethink Technology:CTO Forum held the Rethink Technology,transforming IT Systems, Data & Technology OperationsThe program explored opportunities in all core areas of IT infrastructure & Software delivery,preparing organizations for the age of industrial internet. Program emphasized new ways of delivering. Program was successfully held on Feb 15 and Feb 16,2018.D. Rethink Engineering-Breakthroughs in Design & Product Development: This annual program explored the latest breakthroughs and trends in overall process of innovation, design thinking, product & platform development by presenting the intricate details of lifecycle of three different products in five distinct phases of development cycles. The program was successfully held on November 01, 2018. E.Knowledge Center:This is a big data repository that provides a unique opportunity to members to continue learning between CTO Forum events. Members can catch up on main segments of any event including keynote addresses, download a PDF of the events presentations & notes. CTO Forum posts events related contents,including video footage, presentations & other archives from previous events in the Knowledge Center. The 2018 contents are also made available in the Knowledge Center.
