B) PROVIDED SUPPORT TO QUALIFYING YOUNG PERFORMERS AT AN EARLY STAGE IN THEIR CAREERS, TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP AND PROGRESS IN THEIR CAREERS. C) OPERATED A MUSIC INSTRUMENT LENDING PROGRAM TO QUALIFIED YOUNG MUSIC STUDENTS.
