Organizations Filed Purposes: The mission of the Saratoga Historical Foundation is to preserve the unique history of Saratoga for the education and enjoyment of the community.

Education program serves over 1000 students in the 2-5 grades in Saratoga. We also have an essay contest for grades 4-5 offering one $50 for first place, $25 for second and $10 for third place.Blossom Festival is a free festival to attend and reaches over 4000 in the community for educating the community on the agricultural heritage. It was not held in 2020.Newsletter reaches over 200 members 6 times per year with articles about local history.Interurban Stop is a 100 year old structure that was used as a "train shelter" from 1904-1933 in Saratoga. The train shelter was donated by Anna Rainville 14275 Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, CA 95070. Believed to be the only train shelter still standing in Northern California. It has been restored and is now standing in the Saratoga Historical park.Blacksmith exhibit is a structure that has yet to be built and is still in the design phase. The exhibit will cover tools and work a Village blacksmith would perform during the period 1850-1880.
