Organizations Filed Purposes:
This is a bar association organized to foster fellowship among the members of the local bar, promote access to the legal community in Monterey County, promote attorney and public education, and enhance the public perception of the legal profession.
The Association is organized to promote the common interest and to enhance the general quality of the legal services provided to the general public through continued legal education, social and professional networking opportunities, community assistance in finding an attorney, an on-line directory of members provided to the community, fee arbitration services provided to the community, working with judges and court personnel on court administration improvement projects, and other activities as are consistent with the organizations purpose, as determined by the Board of Directors.
