"To enrich the spirit of community" - Founded to provide a vehicle for the citizens of Sebastopol to come together within an expanded community. The Center originates and develops recreational and service programs and provides the facilities to meet these community needs.
Events, programs, classes, camps, facilities rentals, and child care -- Events and programs offer residents of the community recreational and entertaining venues for increased cultural awareness. Classes are provided for the residents of the community such as jazzercise, dance, karate, etc. Camps are operated during summer and vacation periods for the children of the community. Community residents may rent City-owned facilities for their own events and programs through the Community Center's facilities rental program.
