THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO ENCOURAGE, THROUGH EDUCATION AND OUTREACH, THE RECOGNITION OF HUMAN LIFE FROM THE MOMENT OF CONCEPTION AND TO MINISTER IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST TO WOMEN AND MEN FACING UNPLANNED PREGNANCIES AND OTHER LIFE CHALLENGES BY PROVIDING SUPPORT THROUGH SERVICES AND EDUCATION THAT WILL EMPOWER THEM TO MAKE HEALTHY LIFE CHOICES.
During 2019 Foothill Pregnancy Center provided the following services at no charge: 1. Ages of clients: under 14 = 0; 15-19=44; 20-24=157; 25-29=214; 30-34=40; 35+=142 2. Total Client Visits: For Education=597 3. Multiple types of "Earn while you Learn" opportunities for clients: Diapers = 786 dozen; Car seats = 31; Layettes = 32; Baby Clothing = 4254, Baby Furniture = 11, Maternity Clothes = 179. 4. Total Client Visits: Referrals for on-site services of Dr. Brunel = 150 5. Pregnancy Tests/Ultrasounds = 238 6. We offer a class, Joy Restored, for mothers who have lost a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. 7. HEART class" offered post-abortion support to those in need.A total of 105 babies were born to clients with whom we worked.Approximately 16 volunteers donated 1960 hours through a wide range of services.Dr. Brunel's services are offered 3 days per week by registered nurses trained in sonography. They perform pregnancy tests and limited obstetrical ultrasounds.We have 35 churches who help promote our fund-raisers and support our mission.
