HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF TUOLUMNE COUNTY (HFHTC) WORKS UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF GOD AND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE TO HELP DESERVING FAMILIES CREATE A BETTER HOME, WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO THE WELL-BEING OF OUR HOMEBUYERS, HOMEOWNERS, AND OUR COMMUNITIES. HABITAT BELIEVES EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD SHOULD HAVE A DECENT, AFFORDABLE HOME WHERE THEY CAN LIVE IN DIGNITY AND SAFETY. THE GOAL IS TO ENABLE HOMEOWNERS THROUGHOUT TUOLUMNE COUNTY TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS, INCLUDING; HOME PRESERVATION, CRITICAL HOME REPAIR, AND WEATHERIZATION THROUGH ZERO-INTEREST LOANS.HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF TUOLUMNE COUNTY (HFHTC) IS AN INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE OF HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INTERNATIONAL. LIKE INTERNATIONAL, HFHTC IS DEDICATED TO ELIMINATING SUBSTANDARD HOUSING. HABITAT BELIEVES EVERY MA
SUPPORT SERVICES AND COSTS OF PROGRAM AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010, THE AFFILIATE PURCHASES LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND HAS COMMITTED ITS EFFORTS IN BUILING 35 RESIDENTIAL UNITS FOR QAULIFIED FAMILIES. THE FIRST FOUR UNITS WERE COMPLETED IN 2012. ALL FUNDRAISING EFFORT, SUPPORT SERVICES AND COSTS ARE ALLOCABLE TO THIS PROGRAM.
