THE GOAL OF SENIOR/YOUTH PARTNERSHIP IS TO REACTIVATE THE SENIOR COMMUNITY BY INFUSING THEIR ROLES AS ELDERS BY WORKING WITH SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN. SPECIAL EMPHASIS IS PUT ON LOW INCOME SENIORS AND AT RISK YOUTH.
SYP offers extended programs in after school child-care, apprenticeship classes in sewing/apparel design and academic tutorial services. The program has won numerous awards in delinquency prevention,Public/Private Partnership and on job training enterprises.
