TO DEVELOP COACHES AND ATHLETES IN THE SPORT OF SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING THROUGH SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, DEDICATION, AND THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE. OUR VISION IS TO ESTABLISH OUR TEAM NOT ONLY FOR OUR CURRENT SWIMMERS BUT FOR SWIMMERS AND COACHES FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
We are devoted to improving the health of the general public. Our training program develops well rounded athletes in the sport of swimming and Synchronized Swimming. Our program is designed to accommodate swimmers that want to compete and those who just want to have fun and promote their good health. We have grown our team from 16 individuals participating to 32 individuals ranging from 4 years to 63 years of age. We are a member of US Synchronized Swimming (USSS) and as registered members our team has the opportunity to compete in competitions sponsored by USA Synchro and we receive sport accident insurance. Our Novice, Intermediate and Master swimmers had the opportunity to compete in four to five competition meets this year. Currently our 10-12 age group Intermediate swimmers are preparing to attend out of state Invitational competitions and have advanced to Regional level competitions. Our Masters group is preparing to attend Masters Nationals meets.We are continuing our land training concentrating on core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance thru basic/moderate exercise and stretching techniques. Our swimming training to improve power and strength in swimming techniques with instruction and drills. Our synchronized swimming training to challenge athletes to expand and improve synchronized swimming skills, techniques and knowledge thru drills and instruction specific to synchronized swimming.
