Organizations Filed Purposes: THE ASSOCIATION IS DEDICATED TO THE PROMOTION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE TAHOE CITY COMMUNITY. THROUGH INNOVATION, LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY AND EVENTS, THE ASSOCIATION SERVES AS THE LOCAL VOICE TO MAINTAIN A VIBRANT AND PROSPEROUS PLACE TO LIVE, WORK, PLAY AND VISIT.

PROMOTION - THE ASSOCIATION PERFORMED ALL MANAGEMENT PRODUCTION OF THE FOUR SIGNATURE TAHOE CITY EVENTS: 1) 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS, 2) SUMMER CONCERTS AT COMMONS BEACH, 3) TAHOE CITY OKTOBERFEST, 4) TAHOE CITY FOOD AND WINE CLASSIC. THESE EVENTS SERVED APPROXIMATELY 50,000-60,000 VISITORS AND RESIDENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PRODUCES PROMOTIONAL MARKETING MATERIALS, COMMUNITY CALENDARS & GUIDES, INDIVIDUAL EVENT POSTERS AND FLYERS, AND CONTINUED UPDATES ON THE ORGANIZATIONS WEBSITES - WWW.VISITTAHOECITY.ORG, WWW.CONCERTSATCOMMONSBEACH.COM, AND WWW.TCFOODANDWINE.COM. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO COORDINATES DOWNTOWN BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS INCLUDING HOLIDAY LIGHTING ON LAMPOSTS AND TREES AND HANGING FLOWER BASKETS IN THE SUMMER.
