TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN TULARE COUNTY (CALIF.) IN THE FIELD OF AGRICULTURE AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO ENGAGE IN AGRICULTURE-RELATED ACTIVITIES BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO THE TULARE COUNTY FAIR.
