CCTL EQUIPS INDIVIDUALS TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY. THIS IS DONE THROUGH CASE MANAGEMENT WITH A FOCUS ON FINANCIAL STABILITY, FINDING EMPLOYMENT, CONNECTION WITH SOCIAL SERVICES AND FAMILY UNITY.
INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY THERAPY PROVIDED AS NEEDED WITH A LICENSED MFT AND VOLUNTEER MENTORS FROM CHURCHES IN THE COMMUNITY.
