Organizational Employment Services (OES) - The purpose of OES (work center) is to permit each trainee the opportunity to acquire, develop, and refine work skills and attitudes important to individual vocational success. Work training provides the "curriculum" which enables trainees to acquire skills critical to vocational growth and independence. Training can include, but is not limited to, improved stamina, increased productivity, workplace maturities, safe work practices, improved fine and gross motor skills, interpersonal skill development, quality control, job accommodation strategies, community work environments.
Warlow Rest Stop is part of ABLE's Community Employment Services (CES) and offers individual's served the opportunity to develop janitorial and yard care experience. Other CES services include park maintenance for the cities of Visalia and Tulare, retail stocking/merchandise set-up, a portable food cafe, and shopping center clean-up.
REHABILITATION - PROVIDE CLASSES IN WORK SKILLS AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS.
