To promote the sport of soccer sportsmanship and physical fitness among the youth of Delaware
Instructional Soccer Program - The Club's instructional program serves 1,000 youth soccer players in the greater Hockessin, DE area. It provides fields, games, and referees for 3-18 year olds. The program successfully served the programs' participants in the fall and spring seasons.
Representative Soccer Program - The Club's representative program serves 400 youth soccer players. The program provides league services fields, games and referees for 9-18 year olds. The program also provides a structured soccer training environment to develop players for high school teams and for opportunities to play for collegiate and national playing formats.
We sponsor 3 tournaments annually. Two tournaments are directed toward the instructional players and are 3v3 platforms. Each tournament is a one-day tournament and participation is approximately 100 teams or 400 players. Net proceeds from the tournaments are used to cover operating costs of the club. One tournament is directed toward the representative players. It is a two-day tournament and participation is approximately 100 teams and 1,000 players. Net proceeds from the tournament are used to cover operating costs of the club.
