THE OVERARCHING THEME OF THE 2017 MEETING WAS PATHOLOGY AND POPULATION HEALTH.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDING WEBSITE, NEWSLETTERS, ETC. THE ASSOCIATION KEEPS AN ACTIVE WEBSITE AND OTHER ELECTRONIC NETWORKING SOLUTIONS TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION AND IDEAS FOR CHAIRS, PROGRAM DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATORS, AND COURSE DIRECTORS.THE ASSOCIATION SURVEYS ALL UNITED STATES AND CANADIAN MEDICAL SCHOOLS TO DISCOVER BEST PRACTICES AND DISSEMINATES THIS INFORMATION TO THEIR MEMBERSHIP.THE ASSOCIATION SENDS REPRESENTATIVES TO MEETINGS TO DISCUSS CURRENT AND FUTURE ISSUES IN PATHOLOGY DISCIPLINE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ASSOCIATION HAS AN ACTIVE COMMITTEE THAT MEETS TO LOOK AT REGULATORY AND POLICY ISSUES THAT AFFECT THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION,
