Organizations Filed Purposes: Concord Soccer is a non-profit community-based volunteer organization devoted to the development of youth thru the sport of soccer

Representative Soccer - The representative program provides the opportunity for youth aged 8 to 19 to participate in competitive soccer leagues and tournaments locally and regionally. The club's focus continues to be the development of youth through the sport of soccer with character development, sportsmanship, soccer skills and fun being key components. The club also supports several adult representative teams which participate in the county leagues. These teams are supported as a coach development and recruiting effort and for fundraising appeals.

Soccer field development and maintenance - our club is based in a congested urban/suburban area with limited open space. In the fall of 2010 the CSA soccer complex was placed in service. The 10 acre property has more than 6 acres of field space for use of the club and public, under the club's supervision. Expenses of this program includes depreciation, utilities, interest expense on the loan used to fund the leasehold improvements as well as mowing, fertilizing, aeration, irrigation and seeding.

Soccer development program - This program is for children aged 4 to 19 and provides an introduction to the sport of soccer. Continuing in the program allows players to develop soccer skills and sportsmanship. The focus is on skill development and not on competition, especially in the younger age groups. The SDP also provides an opportunity for the training and development of older youth as referees and coaches. Many adults take advantage of the coach training and development opportunities. A special component of our SDP is TOPSoccer. The acronym TOPSoccer stands for The outreach Program for Soccer which focuses on athletes with mental or physical challenges. The CSA TOPSoccer program was the first in the state of Delaware and has served as a model for other clubs across the state and region.
