Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Foundation is established solely and exclusively to support health and wellness with a focus on advancing the science of integrative health, including, without limitation, by encouraging and endowing various nonprofit community institutions, both inside and outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and to do such other related educational, scientific or charitable activities as may be necessary or appropriate and are permitted to be undertaken by a Massachusetts not-for-profit corporation qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as hereinafter amended.
The Foundation supports health and wellness initiatives with a focus on advancing the science of integrative health, by encouraging and endowing various nonprofit community institutions, both inside and outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
During 2018, The Foundation continued to wind down its operation of health centers and to evolve to a private foundation awarding grants to other not-for-profit organizations supporting Integrative Health.
