Organizations Filed Purposes: THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION UNDER IRC SECTION 509(A)(3) TO SUPPORT THE DELAWARE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. OUR MISSION IS TO HELP DELAWARE BECOME A GLOBAL LEADER IN EDUCATING EACH OF ITS STUDENTS TO CONTRIBUTE AND THRIVE.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION UNDER IRC SECTION 509(A)(3) TO SUPPORT THE DELAWARE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION.

RODEL IS ONE OF MANY PARTNERS INVOLVED IN THE NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED DELAWARE PATHWAYS INITIATIVE, A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP THAT INCLUDES THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE, HIGHER EDUCATION, AND MAJOR LOCAL EMPLOYERS--ALL WORKING TOWARD CREATING MEANINGFUL JOB EXPERIENCES AND COLLEGE-LEVEL COURSES FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS. RODEL WORKED WITH PARTNERS TO CREATE A WORK-BASED LEARNING COURSE FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS, WHILE PATHWAYS ENROLLMENT GREW TO MORE THAN 16,000 STUDENTS STATEWIDE.RODEL HAS ALIGNED SUPPORT OF A BROAD COALITION WORKING TO ENHANCE AND TRANSFORM EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION THROUGH LARGE-SCALE POLICY CHANGES AND APPROPRIATIONS. RODEL HELPED ADVOCATE FOR MILLIONS IN INCREASED STATE INVESTMENTS IN EARLY LEARNING, AND THE RODEL-CONVENED FIRST STATE PRE-K CAMPAIGN IS PUSHING LAWMAKERS TOWARD FREE, UNIVERSAL PRE-K FOR ALL DELAWARE FAMILIES.RODEL AND ITS PARTNER ORGANIZATION, THE VISION COALITION, CONVENED HUNDREDS OF LEADERS, COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND EDUCATORS ON A VARIETY IMPORTANT ISSUES ACROSS SEVERAL EVENTS, RANGING FROM EQUITABLE STUDENT FUNDING TO CAREER PATHWAYS, TO MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES FOR TEACHERS
