To promote the general welfare of the community through enhancement of the community's economic development tools, service in fundraising, activities and promoting volunteerism with the community and its various organizations.
Brownfield Grant - A Rails to Trails project is being constructed through Coffeyville to promote access to parks and provide a safe environment for exercise (walking, running & biking) for all residents and visitors. A Brownfield Grant will provide a portion of the funding to complete the project.
