HELPING EX-OFFENDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES REBUILD THEIR LIVES
The Organization provides wrap around services for individuals and families that have been affected by incarceration. In 2019, we served 60 individuals with various services, such as addiction counseling, mental health counseling, employment, peer support and also provide clothing and food. Case management, transitional housing for men and women, prepared meals for 400 at risk youth a day. Services assist individuals in the journey back into reintegration in their progress to becoming productive citizens in the community. Intake and assessment directs the agency in what type of services to wrap around the participant once they are released from incarceration. Our transitional house program has a recidivism rate of 95 of individuals staying out of prison/jails and obtaining and maintaining employment.
