Organized to support the activities of the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority. Incorporated solely for charitable, educational purposes, particularly to secure funds and contracts to plan, develop, construct, acquire and manage affordable housing and housing services for low and moderate income families.
These grants went to support the Full Circle Youth Program, a year-round out-of-school program for tenants of the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority ages seven to seventeen.
