MUSC's mission is to provide a safe environment for the instruction and competition of youth soccer at the recreational and competitive levels.

Soccer registration fees were collected to administer the Rec soccer program. Expenses were incurred to play the games, rent the fields, and administer/supervise the games. The Spring 2020 season was 90% refunded due to COVID-19, but the expenses were still incurred.
Premier soccer fees were collected to teach players at the premier level to improve their skill. Expenses were incurred to play the games, rent the practice fields, and administer the program. Coaches are compensated by the players on their teams for training time and effort. Fees are collected and paid out over the course of the season.
In conjunction with the outdoor seasons, the club offers specialized training camps, and indoor winter league, and at least two tournaments. Various expenses were incurred to offer these additional services.
