Organizations Filed Purposes:
Sage-ing International is the premier and preeminent international conscious aging education non-profit. It provides innovative community-building, education and service opportunities, webinars, onsite and online courese, retreats, a biennial conference and leader certification program.
Leadership Training Impact: During 2019, 7 Sage-ing Leaders (CSLs) were certified after a year-long hands on Internship that included one-on-one mentoring by trained mentors, 15 hours of workshop facilitation in their local communities that was videotaped for feedback and coaching by their assigned mentor. Group supervision was provided on a monthly basis as well as individualized coaching, when needed. Among those certified as CSLs, 5 were from New Zealand; 1 from the US; 1 from the UK. These 7 join the 300+ other CSLs in spreading sage-ing through local and online wisdom circles and facilitating courses and webinars on sage-ing and conscious aging topics.
Educational Impact: Awakening the Sage Within: 13 one day workshops, 209 particpants Deepening the Sage Within: four 3-day retreat on conscious aging attracting 67 participants. Inner Work Workshops: 12 varing number of hours workshops with 230 participants. Conscious Aging Webinars: 9 conducted, about 370 participants. Spirituality and Pracitce e-courses: two 12-week courses, 200+ participants.
