In 2020, with the aide of 4 volunteers, this team worked with supplying school supplies for children, as well as providing material on drug and alcohol prevention. They were able to distribute over 200 materials to school aged children. They also attended the Convoy of Hope to help further the education of drug and alcohol prevention and handed out over 500 bags containing educational materials.

Prescription Drug: Part of this program is to educate the community on how to properly dispose of unused medication. In 2020, this task force, aided by 20 volunteers, attended the various community events and handed out just under 2,000 deterra bags, which are bags designed to deactivate the unused medicine for proper disposal. In addition to this event, they focused on interacting with the community by attending a Juneteenth substance abuse panel, working with Sedgwick County Community Health Improvement Plan, attending the Kansas Prevention Conference, and working with the Women's Health Network.

Samaritan Community: Our Filling the Gap program offers free sacked lunches for grade school children during Spring Break and the last few weeks of Summer vacation. In 2020, 800 children were supplied with 7,600 lunches during Spring Break, while 800 students were provided with 5,700 meals during the final week of summer at 17 different locations and the help of 100 volunteers. Another service this program offers is Bags of Blessings to the less fortunate in the community. These bags consist of hygiene kits (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, socks, shampoo, etc) that are collected and distributed to the community.
