THE PROGRAM OFFERS COMMUNITIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEASURE THE SUPPLY, DEMAND, AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE COMMUNITY WITH UNPRECEDENTED DATA GATHERING, ANALYSIS, AND PLANNING. DIGITAL WORKS - A UNIQUE AND SUSTAINABLE JOB CREATION STRATEGY THAT BRINGS HIGH-DEMAND TECHNOLOGY-BASED JOBS TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES WITHIN VULNERABLE DEMOGRAPHIC AND GEOGRAPHIC POPULATIONS.
