THE CENTER ENGAGES IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT TO PROVIDE QUALITY HOUSING OPTIONS FOR A DIVERSITY OF INCOMES, REDUCE BLIGHT AND DRIVE EQUITABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
