THE KENTUCKY CONCRETE PAVEMENT ASSOCIATIONS'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE, BE A RESOURCE, AND EDUCATE THE GOVERNMENTAL AND ENGINEERING HIGHWAY COMMUNITY ABOUT THE USE OF ALL TYPES OF CONCRETE PAVEMENT IN KENTUCKY.

WE RECEIVE OUR FUNDING THROUGH DUES/ASSESSMENTS BY THE CEMENT PRODUCERS, SHIPPERS, SUPPLIERS, CONCRETE MANUFACTURERS, AND CONTRACTORS.
PROMOTED THE USE OF PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF PAVEMENTS IN KENTUCKY. DURING THE 2018 YEAR, THE ASSOCATION ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED PROMOTIONAL BOOTHS AT NUMEREOUS STATEWIDE CONFERENCES.
ACTED AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CONCRETE INDUSTRY TO THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND PARTICIPATED IN DISTRICT MEETINGS IN ALL 12 OF THE HIGHWAY DISTRICTS IN THE STATE PROMOTING THE BENEFITS OF CONCRETE PAVEMENT.
