COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ASSISTANCE IN THE ACQUISITION AND SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES FOR FIRST-TIME BUYERS. CVC HAS A LONGSTANDING COMMITMENT TO KENTUCKY'S NEIGHBORHOODS AND THE ORGANIZATION IS CONSTANTLY EXPLORING OPPORTUNITIES TO ADDRESS THE COMPLEX CHALLENGES FACED BY KENTUCKY'S COMMUNITIES.
