This interstate highway beautification project places flowers along interstate entrance/exit ramps and medians. Flower selections include Brightside's signature daffodil bulb mixture, planted in the fall and blooming in the spring. 262,700 bulbs were planted in 2019.
367 new trees were planted to increase Louisville's tree canopies and beautify various neighborhoods throughout the city. Maintenance costs for 769 trees to improve viability are also included.
72 bus stops were cleaned and maintained on a regular basis for the entire year, including power washing and litter removal.
