Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide supporting services to and for the benefit of participating cultural partners, each of which shall be an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. Any such entity that ceases to be a 501(c)(3) organization shall automatically cease to be a supported organization. As of May 31, 2016, The Louisville Orchestra, Inc. and Kentucky Opera Association, Inc. are no longer cultural partners and the organization has dissolved.
