Populations benefitting through Foundation funding include individuals who are uninsured or under-insured; bereaved parents; cancer survivors; children with asthma; children admitted to the Owensboro Health emergency department, surgery or pediatrics; new mothers and fathers; cancer patients who cannot afford medicines; low-income cancer patients with chronic lung ailments; individuals facing crises and emergency situations; neonatal intensive care patients; families experiencing medical crises; medical professionals; elderly individuals who are low income; working poor and retired cancer patients; individuals with Parkinson's Disease; and patients with chronic lung ailments.
