THE CORPORATION FORMED IN DECEMBER 2004 TO ENHANCE THE COMMON INTERESTS AND CONDITIONS OF PHYSICIANS WHO PRACTICE PAIN MANAGEMENT IN AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER SETTINGS. MEETINGS ARE HELD PERIODICALLY.
