Organizations Filed Purposes:
Provide instructional activities and organized baseball games to approximately 680 youths between the ages of 4-21 years from January through October including winter training and tournaments.
Uniforms provided consisted of a hat and shirt for Tee Ball, Instructional, Junior, International, Major, Senior, Senior Tournament Team age 16-18, 19-21 year team, and Fall Ball Teams; Hats provided to the Minor League Tournament Teams. Jackets were issued to Board Members for Identification on the Baseball Grounds and Fields. Hats and shirts were issued to Minor League Umpires. Total players were approximately 680 for Winter Training, Spring, Summer, Summer Tournaments and Fall Ball Leagues.
Umpire expense includes instructional classes, equipment and staff needed to oversee and control all organized baseball games from April through October for ages 8-21. Two Umpires are used for Junior, International, Senior, Travel, Summer Tournament and 19-21 Leagues; One Umpire for Major League games. Approximately 176 games were hosted during the year.
Trophies were awarded to participants in Tee Ball and Instructional Leagues. Champion and Runner up Awards were issued in Junior, International, Major and Senior Spring Leagues. Champion Awards were issued in the Home Run Derby and Summer Tournament Leagues.
