Organizations Filed Purposes: The Museum produces public exhibitions, events, and online content to show the who, why, and how behind the things we see and use everyday. We aim to highlight the positive impact good design and innovative thinking can have on literally everything. The programs and content grow design awareness, increase design understanding, build design engagement, and develop design practice.

To educate the world on the role of design in our lives and to unite the community in ways that enrich our collective work, make businesses more competitive and solve real-world problems more creatively.

Center for Workplace Innovation exists to demonstrate how design can transform the way we work. The Center is part think tank, part resource. We produce events and workshops throughout the year, along with an annual summit bringing together diverse thought leaders and to inspire change.

Bespoke Bodies, the Design and Craft of Prosthetics is an exhibition and education program that explores the evolution and design process behind a range of prostheses through visual stories, historical surveys, videos, and interactive models. Over 40 stories from DIY-kid inventors to amputees who use mind-controlled bionic limbs explore the collaborative process between people who use prostheses, clinicians, and innovators all using design to impact people's lives and mobility.

Design Museum Mornings is a monthly morning lecture series, always hosted in a different place with a different presenter.
