THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR CHILDREN'S HEALTH QUALITY (NICHQ) IS DEDICATED TO IMPROVING CHILDREN'S HEALTH AND ACHIEVING HEALTH EQUITY BY CREATING THE PATHWAYS AND PARTNERSHIPS TO MAKE DRAMATIC AND SUSTAINABLE CHANGES TO THE SYSTEMS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN'S HEALTH OUTCOMES.
COACHING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS:NICHQ PROVIDES COACHING AND EXPERT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN SUPPORT OF TACKLING COMPLEX CHILDREN'S HEALTH ISSUES (E.G., LOWERING INFANT MORTALITY RATES). NICHQ FACILITATES COLLABORATION ACROSS SECTORS, DISCIPLINES AND FACILITIES FOR ITS PROJECTS BY RUNNING IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL LEARNING COLLABORATIVES, SERVING AS THE BACKBONE ORGANIZATION FOR COLLECTIVE IMPACT EFFORTS, OR DEVELOPING INNOVATION TEAMS TO PILOT RAPID CYCLE CHANGE. NICHQ ALSO OFFERS A CUTTING-EDGE SYSTEM TO ENGAGE AN ONLINE COMMUNITY IN SHARED LEARNING.DATA COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT:NICHQ WORKS WITH FRONTLINE IMPROVEMENT TEAMS TO TEST AND REFINE MEASUREMENT STRATEGIES AS WELL AS COLLECT DATA THROUGH NICHQ'S COLLABORATORY (COLAB).
