Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Corporation is organized and at all times shall be operated exclusively to support or benefit, to perform functions of, or to assist in carrying out the purposes of, the following organizations Museum of Science (Boston), California Science Center, Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, Science Museum of Minnesota, The Franklin Institute (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Supported Organizations") all of which are or shall be organizations as described in Section 509 (a)(1) or (2) of the Internal Revenue Code and shall be science and technology museums which are members of the Association of Science-Technology Centers. Additional purposes for which the corporation was formed are:(1) to encourage public interest in, and understanding of, science and technology through the collaborative production of traveling exhibitions and displaying of such exhibitions at member institutions, and (2) to encourage such other charitable and educational activities as may be appropriate an
