ADULT DISABILITY SERVICES:IN THE GREATER BOSTON AREA, MAB OFFERS RESIDENTIAL AND DAY SUPPORT SERVICES TO ABOUT 200 ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THROUGH OUR EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS PROGRAM, WE PROVIDE SKILLS TRAINING AND JOB COACHING TO ABOUT 100 INDIVIDUALS. OUR EXPERIENCE ALLOWS US TO HELP ADULTS WITH DIVERSE NEEDS MAXIMIZE THEIR INDEPENDENCE AND ENJOY THE BEST POSSIBLE QUALITY OF LIFE. THROUGH INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS SUCH AS MABHAB AND MABWORKS INDIVIDUAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOSTERS INDEPENDENCE AND DEVELOPS WORK SKILLS.

IVY STREET SCHOOL:IVY STREET SCHOOL OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS TO 40-50 ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS WHO HAVE BRAIN INJURIES, AUTISM OR NEUROBEHAVIORAL DISORDERS. THIS INCLUDES ACADEMIC PROGRAMMING, THERAPEUTIC/CLINICAL SUPPORT, AND VOCATIONAL/LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TO HELP STUDENTS LEARN THE SKILLS THEY NEED TO TRANSITION SUCCESSFULLY TO ADULT LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY.

MASSACHUSETTS ASSOCIATION FOR THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED (MABV):MABVI PROVIDES IN-HOME LOW VISION REHABILITATION, VOLUNTEER SERVICES, PEER SUPPORT GROUPS, ORIENTATION AND MOBILITY SERVICES, ADJUSTMENT COUNSELING, ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT, AS WELL AS ACCESS TO LOW VISION CLINICS TO MORE THAN 1200 ADULTS, PRIMARILY OLDER ADULTS, WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED THROUGHOUT MASSACHUSETTS. MABVI'S UNIQUE BLEND OF MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES, ENABLES INDIVIDUALS LEARN TO LIVE CONFIDENTLY WITH VISION LOSS.
