Organizations Filed Purposes: EDR's mission is to promote human development, social harmony, and international peace through global citizenship education. To realize its vision and mission, EDR designs, promotes and implements educational programs on global citizenship and global entrepreneurship. "My Village & Global Dream" Program: Global Citizenship Education for High School Students living in Rural Areas In 2018, EDR has launched an educational program titled "My Village & Global Dream" for high school students living in rural villages. This program is to preserve the rural area communities which are on the verge of collapse due to low opportunities of job and education. This program is designed to help the local government's selected students to recognize the potential of the individuals and their hometown by building their self-confidence, and raising their sense of global citizenship. Through the program education, students discussed ideas for their personal growth plans and for their hometown community development.

Global Citizenship and Youth Leadership Education EDR has provided high school graduates from other countries with EDR's curriculum of human development through college education at its partner universities. EDR is focused on emotional development and interpersonal skills, along with room & board, while its partner universities are focused on academic development. EDR's instructional topics vary, including "Understanding of American Culture, Society, and Ethics" and "Cross-cultural leadership to prevent conflicts." In addition, EDR has also organized a number of forums devoted to human development and education. The 2018 program is provided for the period of fall and spring semesters of the University of Massachusetts Boston. Approximately 15 students attended the program for both semesters.

"Power of Hope" Project: Global Entrepreneurship Education for North Korean Refugee Students In 2016, EDR has initiated a human security project, The Power of Hope. The project aims to create role models and community leaders for the North Korean refugee community through business development education and social entrepreneurship to enhance self-confidence and global/social awareness. Since 2016, 17 college students have been selected out of the North Korean refugee community in South Korea and have completed the month-long training in the EDR campus in Boston.
