JAS'S HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM HELPS INCOME-QUALIFIED HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS TO UNDERTAKE AND FINANCE ESSENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
